Leah Hall

Leah graduated from University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls in 1971 with a B.A. degree in Accounting. She previously worked in investment banking and taught accounting at a business college before moving to Winona in 1978.

She joined William E. Hall & Associates, which merged with Russell & Associates. She has been a staff accountant since the 2004 merger, servicing clients with accounting, payroll and income tax needs.
